Wow, I can't believe i'm back home already. I had an amazing time in both Malaysia and Thailand. It was quite a trip. I arrived home on Monday, around 7 p.m. It sure felt nice to come home, seeing friends and family, distributing gifts, I was happy.

My family greeted me at the airport, along with a few of my friends and a huge sign. I had my camera on me, so I was going to take a picture, but then a security guard approached me and said, "Exuse my sir, no pictures allowed here" and he basically chased me away because I was aiming towards my family and they were behind all of the security equipment.

The flight from NYC to Rochester NY was the greatest. I had standby tickets, and I got a seat on the front row. I actually had 3 seats to myself! Lots of leg room! (In comparison to NWA)

I must admit, I was very tired on Monday and Tuesday. But I believe I have fully recovered now.

I took soooo many pictures on my trip. 1200 to be exact! I have a lot of editing and sorting ahead of me.

Hello there, I am now to the final destination of my trip. I arrived in Bangkok 2 days ago, after a 20 hour train ride from Penang. Haha, yea, 20 hours.

Before my trip to Bangkok, I did some pretty cool stuff in Penang. We met and talked with many of the Tobacco Control workers in Penang. And we visited a school in Penang, and talked to the students, and we were able to interact with them. It was soo cool. Then we headed out to Penang National Park and swam at the beach. It was a beautiful day, and a beautiful beach.

Things are going swell here, Bangkok is a crazy cool place. I am sharing an apartment with a friend, its not bad. But since its not a hotel...we had to buy some of our own stuff for it. I bought a pillow, and i'm using my towels for a blanket currently. The guy I am with loves blasting the air conditioning, so I wake up freezing every morning, but hey, it wakes me up. I'm going to go buy a blanket right now.

Today we visited the largest crocidile farm in the world (its a zoo as well.) It was a interesting... lets just say you can't trust anyone....ever... (theres a story that goes along with it) Lets just say an elephant touched me strangely, due to a nasty trick.

The food is great, and inexspensive and sooo spicy. I'm still working on my spice tolerance.

Well, back to crazy Bangkok,

Hi there!

Right now I am at the University of Science Malaysia, after just finishing a meeting and a tour. I only have a few minutes so this will be short.

I had a great time meeting up with a TIG member/friend Lavannia in Malaysia yesterday. She took me out to some amazing Indian food, and we had a great time. Very spicy, good (bagos) food.

Later that day I met up with my cousin in Kuala Lumpur who just randomely happened to be there. He works with a human rights group, and was working in Malaysia, so it was truly random, had a good time. I took a 10 hour train ride from Kuala Lumpur to Penang, ( and a ferry as well). I got 8 hours of sleep! Well time to go out and enjoy Penang
