“A list of excellent compliments your resume should never have”
By Trevor Kellogg
(Great things your references could say about you that you wouldn't put on your resume)
Enjoy!
“Trevor would make one of the greatest drug dealers of the 21st century, he’s naturally talented in business and has excellent social skills”
"If Hugh were a mob don, he would be amazing at it just like everything else he does, he would be a ruthless bastard, like the best mob dons are"
“Let’s just say, if I needed someone killed, and Martin was a hit-man, I would ask him first”
“John would make a pimp like no other, he can talk so smooth, and get things done when he needs to. I wouldn’t just say that about anyone, I was a pimp”
“Mike is a character with so much determination, if he was a gang member, he would rise to the top with his personality traits and make it the strongest gang da hood, just like he has done with countless company’s, and potentially for yours”
“Mark is friends with Andrew Willis”
“Mohammed is quite a business leader, if he was a dictator, he could fill the shoes of famous world leaders like Mussolini or Stalin with ease, and expand in the areas they lacked authoritarianism”
“Pety is a very responsible, safe, and caring coworker. If she were a heroin addict, she would be sure to always use clean needles, and provide extras to her fellow addicts”
“Markus loves to make publicity for company’s and has put many no-name businesses on the front page. If he were at the Abu Ghraib prisons at the time of prisoner abuses, he would have pushed Lyndie England right out of the pictures”
"Kathleen tasks those risks that businesswomen have to make, and conceals her wit with her touching character. She’s a Martha Stewart who doesn’t get caught"
Theres a few I decided not to post, so message me if you would like to see them, haha
Note: None of the statements are reflective or representative of the peoples names used, nor are they meant to be contrived as hurtful. They are compliments, remember! haha

That week flew by
|
I've always felt that as I have become older times just seems to be going faster ( in my mind that is), this week was just a perfect example. I can't believe its almost the end of the school year, I'm almost a senior.
This week marked the end of my tennis season, and indeed the end to a very interesting tennis season, or as I usually refer to it, the "Tennis Revolution", just ask me about it, ill send you the story, it's quite interesting, really developed who I have become in the past year. I always have fun telling the story as well so drop a line.
This season we had a winning record, which was very respectable, considering we lost 6/7 starters ( previous seniors) from the year before. On Tuesday we had our first sectional (final tournament against other schools) match, and we actually won, beat a private school. It was a lot of fun. I was at first doubles, and I won the deciding match, got my name in the paper.
Then on Wednesday we played the the number 1 ranked school ( we were #5), and we all knew we would have a tough match a head of us. This school is a fairly small and an extremely wealthy private school, that spends most of their sports money and basically concentrates on their tennis team. Not to mention, all the kids on the team have private instructors or courts in their backyard, lol. It bothers me that private schools are allowed to play in the "public high school tournament", quite frustrating sometimes because they clearly recruit. So we lost that match, but I played my best, and managed to have a decent time.
Also this week I was elected executive student council president, the student council of the high school (9-12). This year I was treasurer, so I'm already familiar with how everything goes down. I'm excited to go beyond the norm, set some a new precedent for student council involvement in the school.
Had an enjoyable weekend. Saw a bunch of my college friends who are slowly trickling in. Also I had a nice buffet at an Indian resturant, which has international award winning chicken mahkani :) soo goood. Also spent some quality time with my good friends and saw the Third Harry Potter, a decent movie.
One more week of actual school, crazy.
Take it easy and take it global ( haha my latest phrase)
-Peace - Trevor
